Record highs!!!!

We will challenge the all time November record high of 87 on Saturday!

Precipitation timeline & chances

Rain changing to sleet and snow moves in Thursday morning.

Snow & ice totals

!-2" of snow is possible atop a light glaze of ice on elevated surfaces.  Some higher totals are possible.

***WINTER WEATHER UPDATE***

***WINTER WEATHER UPDATE*** Overnight tonight through Thursday *Forecast discussion... Rain snow develops out west tonight and will move east overnight into Thursday morning. A mix of sleet and snow will be likely along I-40 south. Initially I think we go from rain before day break and quickly transition into sleet and some freezing rain just before day break. By mid morning we go to all snow. A glaze of ice on elevated surfaces with 1-2" of snow along I-40 south. If we transition to snow faster some higher totals of 2-3" will be possible especially in western & southwestern Oklahoma. If we see longer duration of sleet and freezing rain much worse travel could be possible. I do think a moderate threat of closings is there with a level 2 out of 6 for travel impacts.
